Guaranteed Appointment Fine Print: The $75 Guaranteed Appointment option is for eligible non-emergency telehealth visits only and is intended for patients who need to be seen within 24 hours when standard appointment times are unavailable or do not work for their schedule. Appointment type eligibility is based on clinical appropriateness, provider availability, state licensure requirements, and telehealth safety standards. Payment does not guarantee a prescription, medication, lab order, specific treatment, or referral. If your concern is not appropriate for telehealth, you may be directed to urgent care, emergency care, or another appropriate medical setting.

Important Safety & Eligibility Notice

Slice Telehealth Services is for non-emergency medical care only. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, including chest pain, shortness of breath, signs of stroke, severe allergic reaction, severe abdominal pain, thoughts of self-harm, or any life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Patients must be physically located in a state where Slice Telehealth Services is licensed, credentialed, or otherwise authorized to provide care at the time of the virtual visit. Services are currently intended for eligible patients located in approved service states.

Telehealth care is provided based on clinical judgment. Your provider will determine whether your concern can be safely evaluated virtually or whether in-person care, urgent care, emergency care, laboratory testing, or referral is more appropriate.
